Paul Sagan

Paul Sagan, president and CEO of Akamai, joined the company in October 1998. Mr. Sagan was elected to the Akamai Board of Directors in January 2005, and he became CEO in April 2005. He brings to Akamai the experience of leading visionary technology companies and media businesses and a wealth of management experience.

George Conrades

George Conrades was named chairman and chief executive officer of Akamai in April 1999, bringing a broad range of business experience in the computing, Internet, telecommunications, and media industries. Mr. Conrades became Executive Chairman of Akamai in April 2005 and was succeeded as CEO by Paul Sagan, Akamai's president.

Martin Coyne II

Martin M. Coyne II has served as a director of Akamai since November 2001. Mr. Coyne was named our Lead Director in May 2003. Between 1995 and his retirement in July 2003, Mr. Coyne served in a variety of senior management positions at the Eastman Kodak Company, which develops, manufactures and markets imaging products and services.

Ronald Graham

Ronald Graham has served as a director of Akamai since August 2001. Mr. Graham, a professor at the University of California at San Diego since January 1999, holds the Irwin and Joan Jacobs Endowed Chair of Computer and Information Science. Mr. Graham is also the Chief Scientist of the California Institute for Telecommunications and Information Technology, an institute created by the State of California to fund research related to the next generation of Internet technologies.

Geoffrey Moore

Jill A. Greenthal is a Senior Advisor in Private Equity at the Blackstone Group. Prior to September 2007, Ms. Greenthal was a Senior Managing Director in the Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory group at Blackstone. She is based in Boston.

David Kenny

David Kenny is Chairman and CEO of Digitas and is a member of the Publicis Groupe Executive Committee, the P12. He leads the Groupe's overall digital and interactive strategy. Beginning with his appointment as CEO in 1997, David has led Digitas through a decade of evolution and growth to an industry-leading position in digital and direct marketing services. This position is now the digital cornerstone of the Publicis Groupe global offering. Digitas helps blue-chip global brands develop, engage and profit from their customers through digital, direct and indirect relationships.

Pete Kight

Pete Kight has served as a director of Akamai since march 2004. Since December 1981, Mr. Kight has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of CheckFree Corporation, a provider of financial electronic commerce services and products.

Tom Leighton

Tom Leighton co-founded Akamai Technologies in August 1998. Serving as Chief Scientist and as a Director to the Board, Dr. Leighton is Akamai's technology visionary as well as a key member of the Executive Committee setting the company's direction.

Geoffrey Moore

Geoffrey Moore has served as a director of Akamai since October 2006. Mr. Moore has been a Managing Director of TCG Advisors LLC, a management consulting firm, since May 2003. Previously, he had been a Managing Director of The Chasm Group, a technology strategy consulting firm that he founded in 1993.

Frederic Salerno

Frederic V. Salerno has served as a director of Akamai since April 2002. From 1997 until his retirement in September 2002, Mr. Salerno served in a variety of senior management positions at Verizon Communications, Inc., a provider of communications services, and its predecessors.

Naomi Seligman

Naomi O. Seligman has served as a director of Akamai since November 2001. Ms. Seligman has been a senior partner at Ostriker von Simson, a consulting firm focusing on information technology, since June 1999.
