And the large Australian customer that prompted Satuit to seek out a solution is extremely satisfied. "Our customer went from being very unhappy to being thrilled with our offering. Site traffic for that customer’s key team alone went up by 60% almost immediately. And they are already planning ways to get more employees throughout the company using our solution," explains Larson. The performance benefits are positively impacting other areas of Satuit. The company has realized a 36% drop in performance-related inquiries to its call center. And it has offloaded 66% of the application traffic from its origin servers, which allows the company to reduce annual Web server expenditures by about 32%.
