Oct 15 21:29:44 localhost systemd-resolved[877]: Failed to add built-in positive trust anchor: No space left on device

I just ran security updates and rebooted - now systemd-resolved won't start, error is:

Oct 15 21:29:44 localhost systemd-resolved[877]: Failed to add built-in positive trust anchor: No space left on device

There are no space issues, so I have no idea how to proceed - any ideas?
