Akamai's Flagship Customer Enablement Program, Akamai University, Wins Gold “Excellence in Learning” Award
The Technical Enablement and Education team, part of Akamai’s Global Services organization, has won a coveted Brandon Hall Group Gold award for “Best Customer Training Program,” for Akamai’s flagship customer training and enablement program, Akamai University.
The Akamai University customer enablement program is Akamai’s premier product training offering for customers. With in-depth hands-on classes led by Global Services subject matter experts, the program is designed to teach, enable, and elevate customer proficiency with Akamai services and solutions — cloud security, web performance, DevOps, enterprise security, and media delivery solutions — via either in-person or virtual instructor-led delivery modalities.
The Technical Enablement and Education team holds multiple industry awards for creating programs that bring engaging and high-quality Akamai product training and certifications to Akamai’s Global Services employees, customers, and channel partners. Excellence Award winners are scheduled to be honored at Brandon Hall Group’s HCM Excellence Conference on February 1–3, 2022, at the Hilton West Palm Beach in West Palm Beach, Florida. Select winners also will serve as presenters in breakout sessions to share their leading practices during the conference.
